Red Maple Referral Programme
Terms and Conditions
We like to keep things simple, so here’s the small print.

The referral offer is open to individuals and businesses making a genuine introduction to a new prospective Red Maple customer.

The business being referred must have a minimum of 10 members of staff.

To qualify for the reward, the referred business must become a new Red Maple customer and enter into a minimum 12-month contract for eligible Red Maple services.

Once the new customer has signed their contract and commenced their services, both the referrer and the new customer will receive £100 in vouchers, or a donation will be made to a charity of your choice.

Rewards are provided as vouchers only. There is no cash alternative, and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.

The referred business must be a new opportunity and not already be an existing Red Maple customer or an organisation Red Maple is actively engaged with regarding new services.

Only one referral reward will be issued for each new customer. Where more than one person refers the same business, the first eligible referral received by Red Maple will qualify.

Referral rewards cannot be transferred to another person or business. Where offered, a referrer may choose to have the equivalent reward donated to charity instead.

Red Maple reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the qualifying criteria and to withhold a reward where the terms of the offer have not been met.

Red Maple reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Any qualifying referral already accepted before the programme is withdrawn will continue to be honoured, subject to these terms.

Participation in the referral programme does not guarantee that Red Maple will contact, accept or enter into a contract with a referred business.
